Haykin Family Cidery is a labor of love born out of store bought juice in a one gallon carboy and a guess on a yeast on October 31, 2013 in our town home living room. As newlyweds, one day… Talia told Daniel that she liked hard apple cider. Today we are planting our own apple trees and winning gold medals at international competitions. Wow. (Ok, Daniel is winning medals… Talia is managing his marketing, peeling stickers on occasion, and monitoring the next generation of apple pressers.)
Haykin Ciders are not available… anywhere. We just do this for fun and to drink with friends and family. But if you know us, Daniel is always offering some cider in exchange for pressing help.
